The intended use of all our coverings is the reproduction of textured surfaces. Due to the hand-made nature of the product, you may find slight imperfections owed to the production process. Expect those possible small imperfections to be more evident on coverings reproducing new surfaces rather than ‘old’, textured ones.
The image fit to the modelled template is very accurate yet not perfect. Again, a slight displacement of the image will ve more evident on a polished, new surface than on an aged one, especially in designs with thin and well-profiled joints. Below, we detail the possible imperfections that one of our products may present:
We apply varnish coating manually. Some sheet parts can show a brightness that may need to be rectified during the installation.
Remember that our templates are content exclusively reserved for our clients.

We are not responsible for the copyright of any image that you may send to us for the production of sheets.
Product made with Polyvinyl chloride, plasticizers and additves. Rigid and printed PVC sheet. Some of our models are coated with water-based polyurethane varnish.
Water:
Our product is not thoroughly tested with regard to its water proof properties.. You may need to test them if you scope to use it in contact with water, specially the coated ones.
Fire/Heat:
Do not expose the material to fire or intense heat sources. Do not expose it permanently to sun or hight temperatures to avoid the sheet warping. it is important to unfold the sheets as soon as you receive it and to keep them on a flat horizontal surface until installation.
Material hazardous reaction:
None. Thermal decomposition: None under normal use. Under inadecuate and extreme use conditions, thermal decomposition may occur, producing carbon monoxid, carbon dioxid, nitrogen oxid and flammable mixtures.
PRODUCT APLICATIONS:
Our product can be used only in working environment. It is not intended to be used in public spaces or permanently. It cannot be used as flooring. Is has been succesfully used as flooring by some of our clients in settings in which the material wouldn’t be transited, but always under their own responsibility.
DELAYED DELIVERY:

CLAIMS:
If the sheets do not exactly match the description on our website, we will refund the full amount of your order. We do not accept claims for any other type of compensation.
