INTENDED USE OF THE PRODUCT 2-6-25
The sheets manufactured by ARSUS PAPER S.L. (AP) are intended for PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY. They may not be used in public spaces or for permanent installations. Their intended use is limited to temporary decorative applications. They must not be used as flooring (if used as such, it will be entirely at the customer's own risk).
SHEET FINISH
Certain phases of the AP's manufacturing system are hand-made, which may result in minor imperfections, especially noticeable in designs with a "clean" or "new" aspect: slightly misaligned images, bubbles and/or wrinkles in small areas, small "scuffs" caused during transportation, possible printing lines….
*In case of clearly visible damage, AP will replace the defective sheet with a new one.
*Some cuttings may require adjustments or the application of filler or paint at the joints during installation.
*There may be Slight variation in tones and/or gloss between sheets and different print runs .
*The varnish on sheets with a matte finish is applied manually. It is possible to find areas with gloss that the customer will need to touch up during installation.
COPYRIGHT / IMAGE USAGE
AP’s templates are exclusive content reserved for its clients. The image rights of the content included in the templates are protected. Their use is limited to sheet production by AP. Any images sent by the client must be owned by them or be rights-cleared for use.
TEMPLATES: In the case of models with more than one design, you must specify them in their corresponding templates and follow the instructions provided with them. Any mistakes in this regard will be considered your responsibility. Do not reuse the templates; each time you have a new design, ask us for the template, as we are making important modifications to them. If you don’t do this, you will have to redo your designs.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Product made from polyvinyl chloride, plasticizers, and additives. RIGID PRINTED PVC FILM. Some models are coated with water-based polyurethane varnish. Customers may request any technical information from AP.
WATER CONTACT: Resistance to prolonged immersion has not been tested.
HEAT RESISTANCE: Avoid exposure to intense heat sources, direct sunlight, and high temperatures, as the sheets may deform like any other plastic film. Sheets must be unrolled upon receipt and stored flat.
FIRE RESISTANCE: The PVC supplier does not provide any fire-resistance certification for the PVC sheets used in our products.
PVC has good chemical resistance properties and exhibits a fire-resistance behavior classified as:
Flame retardant / Self-extinguishing.
HAZARDOUS REACTIONS: None.
THERMAL DECOMPOSITION: None under normal conditions of use. Under extreme or improper processing conditions, thermal decomposition could occur, potentially releasing carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and flammable mixtures.
MOULD COST ON THE PROFORMA INVOICE
The cost of a mould is calculated based on the number of sheets specified in the proforma invoice. If the client reduces the number of sheets in the final order, the company will recalculate the mould cost accordingly.
TERMS OF SALE
At laWALL (Arsus Paper S.L.), we commit to delivering the manufactured material in accordance with the specifications detailed in the proforma invoice and within the agreed timeframe. If we fail to meet these terms, we will refund the full amount of your order. Upon accepting the refund, no additional compensation or indemnity shall apply.
To request a return, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the material. After notification, we will provide return instructions. The product must be returned in its original, intact packaging.
SIGNING OF CONTRACTS/AGREEMENTS Any type of contract/agreement must be proposed by the client before placing the order. We do not accept the signing of such documents once production has started.
By paying the amount indicated on the proforma invoices, we understand that the customer agrees with all the information included therein. If there is any error in shipping information or other details causing a delivery delay, Arsus Paper will not uphold the delivery date guarantee.
We guarantee confidentiality IN ALL ASPECTS AND BY ALL MEANS within the framework of the business relationship between both parties.
By making payment and accepting the goods under the agreed conditions, you confirm full and satisfactory fulfillment of our obligations, with no further commitments on the part of ARSUS PAPER S.L. or the client.
