INTENDED USE OF THE PRODUCT
Our products are intended for use only in a professional context.
They are not designed for use in spaces with public or for permanent installations as they are intended for ephemeral use.
Also, la Wall sheets are manufactured as wall coverings and not as flooring.
The customer is solely responsible for verifying that the material complies with the regulations required in each case, and may request from us technical and safety specifications of the product they deem necessary.
SPECIFICATIONS REGARDING THE SHEETS’ SURFACE FINISH
La Wall specializes in the production of hyper-realistic, customizable wall coverings that replicate materials with artisanal qualities, weathered surfaces and worn textures -features that can easily be edited using the template we provide-. These characteristics blend harmonically with any minor imperfections that may appear in our material due to the hand-made nature of certain phases of the production.
Below, we outline the possible minor imperfections that our product may present:
*Some images may be slightly misaligned with the relief of the sheet. We recommend avoiding designs with thin or exceptionally clean grout lines.
*Tiny bubbles and/or wrinkles in small areas of the sheet.
*Small "scuffs" caused during transportation that you will need to touch up with paint.
*Possible printing lines that are practically imperceptible.
*Slight variation in tones between sheets and different print runs.
*The varnish on sheets with a matte finish is applied manually. It is possible to find areas with gloss that the customer will need to touch up during installation.
CUTTING OF THE SHEETS
*Aligned tiles: The sheets are hand-cut by us; therefore, the client may need to make some adjustments to perfect the cutting.
*Staggered and Interlocking Tiles:The client will need to hand-cut the sheets. If the customer needs us to deliver them pre-cut, they must indicate this during the order request so that the cutting cost can be included in the proforma invoice.
*Bricks & Stone:They arrive pre-cut to facilitate the joining of the sheets during installation.
TEMPLATES’ USE & COPYRIGHT
The templates are a product exclusively reserved for la WALL clients. The customer agrees to read the usage instructions included in the template file. We do not accept responsibility for any mismatches that the customer may cause in the final artwork due to improper use of the template.
The copyright for the images included in the templates is protected. Their use is limited to the production of sheets at la WALL.
La WALL cannot be held responsible for the copyright and use of the images provided by the clients.

CONTACT WITH WATER
We recommend conducting tests, especially on varnished sheets, as we have not tested their resistance to prolonged immersion in water.
HEAT RESISTANCE/DEFORMATION
he sheets should not be exposed to sources of intense heat. Likewise, it is advisable to avoid exposure to direct sunlight and high temperatures, as they may deform, just like any other plastic sheet.
It is very important to unroll them once unpacked and to keep them flat.
FIRE RESISTANCE
Our PVC supplier does not provide any fire resistance certification for the PVC sheets used in the production of our products. As informed by our supplier, PVC has good chemical resistance properties and exhibits fire resistance behavior.
If the customer requires a fire-resistant material, they should contact us so we can assess the possibility of using a PVC with fire resistance certification
DANGEROUS REACTIONS
None.
THERMAL DECOMPOSITION
None, under normal conditions of use. In inadequate and extreme processing conditions, thermal decomposition could occur, potentially generating carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and flammable mixtures
